ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accord approval on the proposal submitted by the management on 22.06.2016 and 08.07.2016 with regard to the educational qualification of the Assistant Professors appointed in Tamil, English, Economics, Commerce, Chemistry, Zoology and Librarian, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the management on 22.06.2016 and 08.07.2016, within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass orders on the proposal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted by the management on 22.06.2016 and 08.07.2016, in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
