O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry about the theft of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Regn.No.TN 18 P 2018 and to issue the nontraceable certificate of the vehicle.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the petitioner has produced the relevant documents with delay, the First Information Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been registered only on 03.11.2017 and now, the matter is under investigation and hence, he seeks some more time for filing final report.

Considering the said submission, the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Puthiamputhur Police Station, Tuticorin District is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
