O R D E R

This Court had directed the petitioner to submit an application for framing a scheme. The respondent have received the said application. However, as per the above fact, an application for framing a scheme must be submitted by five 1/4

persons. Since only the petitioner had submitted an application initially, the respondent could not proceed further. Subsequently, the respondent initiated steps to obtain applications from five persons. As on date, five persons have submitted their applications.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted they are proceeding further with the process of framing the scheme. The said submission is recorded. Hence, there is no contempt as alleged.

3. However, this Court is directing the respondent to frame the scheme and complete the process within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the respondent fails to do so, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition.

4. With the above said directions, this Contempt Petition is closed. 25.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 2/4
