ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 09.07.2021 on the file of the respondent and to quash the same and further directing the respondent to grant six months time for the petitioner to vacate from the said premise. 2.Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 19.08.2021 granting three months time to the petitioner for vacating and handing over the vacant possession of the property in question without driving the respondent to initiate any further proceedings, the petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 25.08.2021, wherein the petitioner has given an undertaking that he would vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the property in question within a period of three months from today. 3.Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for granting three months time to the petitioner to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the property in question.
