The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 14.03.2017 and representation dated 07.06.2017 submitted by him by raising additional grounds, within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Mr.G.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the order passed by the third respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 14.03.2017. He would further submit that the petitioner also sent a representation to the second respondent to dispose of the said appeal by raising additional grounds. Since no favourable order has been passed, the present writ petition.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the grounds of revision and additional grounds and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
