ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging refusal check slip dated 06.05.2024 issued by the respondent, thereby, refusing the process of registration and to direct the first respondent to register the settlement deed dated 06.05.2024 presented by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the sole petitioner died.

3. Since the petitioner is died, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
