The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass suitable orders on the representation dated 19.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner.

2.Mr.G.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The petitioner would claim that her husband, namely, Vairavan is having 1/3rd share in S.No.451/4 and 451/5 situated in Vendurayapuram Group, Koopa Naickerpatti, Sivakasi Taluk. While so, the third respondent has issued separate patta in favour of one Jeganathan S/o Sangaiah. Hence, she submitted an application to the third respondent for issuance of joint patta on 01.03.2013. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first and second respondents. Despite the same, no favourable order has been passed, hence, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
