The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to survey his land in S.Nos.94-2B, 95 and 128-1B situated at 79, Pudupattinam Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District and fix the boundaries, by considering his application dated 07.07.2017. 2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would claim that he along with his wife, mother and relative one Arutselvan jointly purchased the property in S.Nos.94-2B, 95 and 128-1B situated at 79, Pudupattinam Village, Thanjavur Taluk and District by a registered sale deed and patta was issued on 07.06.2017 and thereafter, an application was given on 07.07.2017 by paying necessary fees to measure the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

properties. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
