ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to appoint fit person to Arulmigu Villiyar Temple, Puluthipatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a reasonable opportunities to the petitioner and all interested parties.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
