Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANI ANANDH P, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to furnish sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the present pandemic, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15435 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15435 of 2020 is extended

further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
