ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had availed educational loan from the respondent Bank. The petitioner is of the view that the current demand of the Bank is exorbitant. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to waive the interest portion.

3.Such relief cannot be granted by this Court. It is for the petitioner to negotiate with the respondent.

4.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
