Seeking police protection to the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the the fourth respondent is none other than his sister. She is residing in his house. Though the petitioner has settled the partition amount to the fourth respondent, she has not vacated the house. It is also alleged that the fourth respondent is threatening the petitioner and his family members. 3.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.108 of 2025 has been registered as against the fourth respondent and three others on 20.03.2025.
