O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.152 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai on 03.04.2021 and it was not taken file so far.

3. Since final report has been filed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. Nothing survives for consideration in this petition. However, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai to process the final report that has been filed by the first respondent police.
