We, therefore, do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Petition. The petitioner is given time till 31.08.2017, to file appeal before the Appellate Authority. In case any such appeal is filed, the same shall be entertained and disposed of on merits, notwithstanding the delay. The status-quo as-on-today shall be maintained till a decision is taken by the Appellate Authority either in the Stay Application or in the main Appeal.
