The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nanguneri.

2. From the copy of the 'B' Diary extract that is produced, it is seen that the third defendant, who is added as a party subsequent to the institution of the suit, is yet to be served with notice. Hence, the direction sought for cannot be issued at this stage. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, after service of notice on the third defendant. No costs.
