ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner's stage carriage permit issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings R.No.07000/A4/ 2016 Permit No.21/SC/TNI/2014 in respect of a bus bearing Registration No.TN57/AX 5775 plying on the route Dindigul to Seepalakottai via., Sempatti, Batlangundu, Periyakulam, Theni, along with the relevant records to the office of the 2nd respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2016 and to pass orders, within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2016, if already received, and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
