O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ and more particularly, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, for appointment of a former Judge of this Court for conducting the election to the Kallar Kalvi Kazhagam to elect the Executive Committee and the Board of Management for the period from 2018 to 2021.
2. The petitioner is a third party. He is not a member of the Society by name Kallar Kalvi Kazhagam. We have already entertained a Writ Petition filed by a member of Kallar Kalvi Kazhagam and by consent, appointed the Hon'ble Mr.Justice D.MURUGESAN, former Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court as the interim Administrator with authority to conduct the election. The petitioner is a third party and he has no locus to interfere in the election process. We are, therefore, of the view that the Writ Petition filed by a third party deserves to be dismissed.
3. In the upshot, we dismiss the Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
