O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the matrimonial issue between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, who are husband and wife, they mutually decided to dissolve their marriage, which was also complied by granting a decree of divorce. Similarly, DVAC.No.9 of 2019, which was filed by the fourth respondent was also withdrawn by her. In spite of the above said termination of the proceedings, now the third respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner to grant permanent alimony to the fourth respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, some sort of understanding was reached between the fourth respondent and the petitioner with regard to the return of jewels and permanent alimony. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the above said undertaking was obtained illegally. Whatever may be, since the issue is with regard to the payment of 2/4

permanent alimony as well as return of jewels, let the fourth respondent take proper steps through civil process. Certainly, the third respondent may not here any say with regard to the above said issue. 4.With the above said observation and direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
