[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his daughter, namely, Subha, aged 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. According to the petitioner, the detenue is found missing from 28.09.2020.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the detenue was having love affair with the third respondent and after converting to Islam, she was married to the third respondent on 03.10.2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the second respondent on 05.11.2020 and gave a statement to the effect that he is not interested to pursue the case in Crime No.720 of 2020 registered based on his complaint.
4. In view of the above stated position, nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition and the same is, therefore, closed.
