ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent police called him for enquiry and harassing him.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that as on date no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case is pending against him and hence, there is no harassment against the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un-necessary.
