ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the first respondents and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is an accused atleast two cases, out of which one of the cases is now subject matter of S.C.No.128 of 2024, before the learned Additional District Judge, Nagercoil, for the offences under Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2017 and Sections 370(1), 370(5), 370(a)(1) of IPC. The petitioner is also an accused in FIR in Crime No.410 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Section 304A of IPC. 2/4

3. In view of the same, the question of granting any relief to the petitioner strictly, at this stage, cannot be countenanced. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move suitable application before the concerned Court for appropriate direction for processing the petitioner's passport.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 17.06.2025 Internet : Yes / No apd To
