PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Karur within the stipulated time fixed by this Court and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Sub Judge, Karur to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Karur within the stipulated time fixed by this Court and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court is satisfied that this is a matter where the petitioner is justly aggrieved by the pendency of H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2018. The Sub Judge, Karur, is therefore directed to dispose of the matter at the very earliest not later than six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject however to such regulation in holding regular Court as per direction issued by this Court from time to time.

4.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed as above. No costs.
