ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her family members form the 4th and 5th respondents and their associates on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.04.2023 and 10.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that one Rajan gave a complaint against the 4th respondent herein and in the enquiry both the parties appeared and has given an undertaken to resolve the issue in the pending suits itself viz., 2/5

O.S.Nos.22 of 2023 and 16 of 2023 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar. Similarly, Rajan has given a statement that he will work out the remedy in the pending suit itself. In the above said suit Palpandi and others are plaintiffs, wherein this petitioner herein is show as 1st defendant. He wold further submit that there was a dispute between the parties with regard to the running of Industry viz., Fire Works Factory. Because of the suit pending, representation given by the said Rajan was closed.

4. Since this petitioner is also a party in the suit he has also to work out the remedy through civil Court process. During the pendency of civil court process, there is no grant of police protection to the petitioner.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
