This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the 1/4

condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.8181 of 2025 dated 16.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for a period of 33 days, the fact that the case was posted to 09.06.2026 for trial, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, on alternate Mondays at 10.30 a.m. until further order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
