This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2612 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 30.04.2026 TM TO
