Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct second counseling for Engineering College by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct second counseling for Engineering College by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017.

2. The Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioners in W.M.P.(MD)No.12532 of 2017 as the respondents 3 and 4 in the main writ petition. The Counsel for the petitioner has no objection. Hence the impleading Petition in W.M.P.(MD)No.12532 of 2017 can be allowed.

3. M.Raja Rajan, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that counseling for admitting students for Engineering Course is already over. As per the G.O.52, dated 18.03.2003, the colleges would fill up the lapse seats.

4. In view of the above fact, the petitioner is not entitled for the prayer sought for in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
