To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1542 of 2026 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8719 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.694 of 2024 dated 13.02.2026 the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30am.

ORDER

The petitioner has moved this application to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1542 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8719 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.694 of 2024, dated 13.02.2026.

2. The earlier condition imposed by this Court is to appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied the condition for seven weeks and not complied the condition for two weeks.
