ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.10167 of 2025, dated 23.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
