No.16285 of 2014 dated 24.01.2020.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent proceedings in C.No. A3/39047/205/2013/D.O.200/2014 dated 21.01.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to promote the Petitioner for the post of Grade I Police Constable with effect from the date of completion of his punishment period i.e., on 30.03.2012 and to pay all attendance and monetary benefits thereon and to pass such further or other orders.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed in W.P(MD).No.16285 of 2014, dated 24.01.2020 has been complied with.
