Heard both sides.

2.The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India informs the Court that the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of passport was closed. The petitioner is given liberty to apply afresh to the first respondent. It is stated that the petitioner involved in as many as three cases under NDPS Act. Final reports have been filed. But they are yet to be taken on file.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the petitioner is directed to move the Special Court for relief. Based on the direction to be given by the Special Court, the first respondent will take a call. 2/4
