This Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C to modify the order of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri in Cr.MP.No. 4285 of 2018 dated 22.10.2018 to the effect that the petitioner should be appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. daily as and until further order Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and affidavit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19954 of 2018 on 02.11.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 19954 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 is totally relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
