ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the official respondents to give Police protection. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the third respondent is the brother of the petitioner's husband and there is a property dispute between them. Due to which, the third respondent trespassed into the petitioner's house and abused her in filthy language. Therefore, the petitioner preferred a complaint, based on which, an enquiry in CSR.No.636 of 2024 has been initiated and the same is pending.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
