PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent No.3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limps of the petitioner. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.59 of 2022 and it was closed on 10.02.2024.

3. It is seen from records that even on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had given a representation seeking for police protection and filed Crl.O.P. (MD) No.19612 of 2022. This petition was closed on 2/5

17.11.2022 on the ground that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed.

4. It is clear form the above that the respondent police does not want to interfere in this dispute. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy only before the competent civil Court. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
