ORDER

Though the writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari seeking interference with the order of the fourth respondent / the District Registrar, (Administration), Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, the petitioner had actually filed a regular appeal which is now pending before the first respondent. The said appeal had been filed on 15.05.2023. Since, an appeal is pending, this Court cannot examine the fact on merits but can only issue a direction to the 2/5

first respondent to ensure that notices are issued to all the parties, particularly to Leelavathy, W/o. Navaneethan @ Muthuramalingam, residing at Kadampankudi Village, Thanchakkoor post, Sivagangai District - 630 610 and after all the parties had entered appearance, endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months from the date of such appearance by all the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner claims that there is an attempt to alienate the property. If that be so, the petitioner may file necessary application before the first respondent and I am confident that the same will be examined in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the above said discussions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
