PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide Crop Insurance compensation for loss of Crops in insured petitioner's Application No.12787305, dated 07.02.2018 in the fourth respondent Office under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Jojana Scheme (PMFBY/RWBCIS-Kharif-2017) in 2017-2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
