ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent herein and to direct the 1st respondent to disburse the entire DCRG amount of the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter on 17.11.2023 to the effect that the petitioner is not entitled to DCRG as per Rule 60 (1) (c) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules.

3. Considering the said letter, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
