ORDER

Seeking police direction apprehending life threat at the hands of the third respondent a representation was made by the petitioner dated 04.05.2023. Since no action has been taken, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner and as well as one Jeyanthi, Enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a money transaction issue between the parties, they were advised to workout their remedy before the District Crime Branch, Trichy. With the above said advise, both the complaint as well as counter complaint has been closed.

3.Since there is no life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the private respondent, the above said representation/complaint has been rightly closed by the second respondent. By suppressing the real facts, it appears that this petition has been filed as if they experienced life threat at the hands of third respondent. I find no merits in this petition. This 2/4

petition deserves to be dismissed.
