ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17957 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the contemnor is present before this Court and filed an affidavit.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor, on instructions, would submit that charge sheet was filed on 15.06.2025 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.403 of 2025 and is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam.

4. In the affidavit, the contemnor has expressed his unconditional apology and stated that there is no deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
