ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 7, 69, 69, 69 and 69 days, respectively in filing the above Writ Appeals. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 2, 3 and 5 in all these petitions. Though notice has been served on the other respondents, none appeared on their behalf. 2/4

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents 2, 3 and 5 have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 7, 69, 69, 69 and 69 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
