ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to forbear the respondents herein and their subordinates officials from in any manner interfering with the day to day activities of the members of the petitioner's Jai Recreation Club, to play the game of Chess, Carrom, Badminton and other indoor games in the premises of the petitioner's Jai Recreation Club, (Reg.No.SRG/Dindigul/4/2019) at 2/173, Musuvanuthu Panchayat, K.Guruvampatti, Nilakottai Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.14276 of 2021 Dindigul District without following due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner committed offence and as such, the case has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.758 of 2021 on 19.10.2021 and now, the petitioner is facing the prosecution.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
