ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] The impugned order is an order of eviction issued to the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.5483 and 5488 of 2020.

2. The petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition in W.P. (MD)No.5788 of 2020 and the same was taken up along with W.P.(MD) Nos.5483 and 5488 of 2020 and by a common order dated 16.03.2020, this Court has passed an order, directing the authorities to take appropriate action to remove the encroachments. Pursuant to the said order of this Court, the impugned order came to be passed and the petitioner has not stated any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed and the authorities can proceed with the impugned order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
