The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to take action on the 1/4

petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2021 and 09.05.2022 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on 20.09.2021 and 09.05.2022, the petitioner gave a complaints and the petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent Police.

3.Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2021 and 09.05.2022 and conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
