This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute, which is pending in O.S.No.128 of 2013 & O.S.No.240 of 2013 before the learned District Munsif Court, Musiri, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2021.

2.When the matter taken for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.16978 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties. In respect of which, suit is also pending between them. They also have given a statement to the effect that they will work out their remedy before the concerned Civil Court, in which the suit is pending. On that basis, it was closed on 12.08.2021.

3. Since the representation, given by the petitioner has been closed, on the basis of the undertaken given by the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and by placing the statement given by the parties on record, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
