ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 417 IPC in Cr.No.18 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.12.2018, this Court referred this matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the issue between the parties has been amicably settled before the Mediation Centre as follows:
6.The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto;
i)The 1st petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.80,000/- for the full and final settlement amount to the Defacto complainant namely Pandiselvi.

ii)The Defacto complainant namely Pandiselvi accept and received the same and acknowleged.
iii)Both the parties have exchanged their own belongings to each of them.
iv)The Defacto complainant has agreed to withdraw the complaint against the petitioners pending before the Respondent Police in Cr.No.18 of 2018 v)Both the parties have agreed to file a mutual Consent Divorce Petition before the Sub Court, Aruppukottai.
vi)The 1st petitioner agreed to withdraw the HMOP No.268 of 2018 pending before the Family Court, Sivagangai (Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition).
vii)The 1st petitioner agreed to withdraw the complaint against the Defacto complainant and her mother pending before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District.
viii)Both parties have agreed that there shall be no claim against each other in future.
