ORDER
The writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the second respondent by directing the first respondent to return the driving license of the petitioner without prejudice to the rights of the respondents to proceed against the petitioner both departmentally and before the concerned Court, in view of the decision of this Court rendered in P.Sethuraman Vs. The Licensing Authority reported in (2010) 2 MLJ 778 within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
