ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner had succeeded before the civil Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent states that in consonance with the decree obtained by the petitioner in his favour, a joint patta for the petition mentioned common cart track will be shortly issued to the petitioner. The respondent is directed to issue such a patta to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
