ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.535 of 2019 and direct the respondent to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant. Based upon his complaint, a case in Crime No.535 of 2019 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act on 06.10.2019.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and after completion of investigation it was closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet notice has been served upon the petitioner and acknowledgement card has also been produced by the police. Since investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam through appropriate proceedings.
