Law Associates ***** COMMON ORDER By this common order, these two Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal.

2. Mr.K.R.Kishore Ram, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent in both Writ Petitions.

3. The petitioner and her son appear to be absolute owners of the properties 2/4

sitauted at T.S.No.1199 and T.S.No.1199/2, respectively, in Pudukkottai,

4. The petitioner in both Writ Petitions has filed applications for changing the name in the property tax assessment after payment of necessary fees. Thereafter, remainders have been sent by her on 29.10.2024 and 24.04.2025, which have not been acted upon.

5. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission by directing the respondent to consider the applications/representations of the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
