This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to permit the petitioner herein to conduct temple festival in Odaikkarai Thullukkaptati Sriman Narayasamy Thirukoil, Odaikakarai, Thulukkappati, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between both the parties was resolved in peace committee meeting that was conduced by the Tahsildhar (Cheranmahadevi) on 18.07.2018.

3. The proceedings are also produced before this Court. The same is recorded by this Court.

4. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Hence the writ Petition is disposed of . No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
