O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 20.08.2018 passed in Civil Revision petition No.13 of 2017 by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur. 2.The revision petitioner is the tenant under the respondent temple and he is cultivating the land of the respondent temple. He was evicted from the land on the ground that he is a wilful defaulter in payment of rent, by order dated 10.09.2015, in PT No.482 of 2013, by the Special Tahsildar, Revenue Court, Thanjavur. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed Civil Revision petition No.13 of 2017 before the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur. The said revision was dismissed. Aggrieved against the same, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent temple would submit that the possession was taken over by them in the year 2017 itself and therefore, after delivering the possession, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

C.R.P(MD)No.1244 of 2019 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
